- Password (encrypted and hashed)
- Subscription plan information
- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe, not stored by us)
Usage Information
We may collect technical information about your use of the Service:
- IP address (for security and analytics)

- Device information
- Pages visited and features used
- Session duration
Employee Data - NOT Stored
CRITICAL PRIVACY FEATURE: We do
NOT collect, store, or retain your employee data, including:
- Employee names
- Hire dates
- Dates of birth
- Spouse information
- Salary information
- Years of service
- Calculation results
2. How We Process Your Data
Local Storage on Your Computer
You have the option to:
- Download template CSV files to edit locally on your computer
- Store employee data files on your own computer
- Keep all sensitive information under your control
Data stored locally on your computer is not accessible to us and remains under your complete control.
Server Processing (Temporary)
When you upload files for calculation:
- Files are uploaded to our server temporarily for processing
- Calculations are performed using the uploaded data
- Files are immediately deleted from our servers after calculation completes
- No employee data is stored, logged, or retained on our servers
- Results are sent back to your browser and not stored on our servers
What We Do Store
We only store:
- Your account credentials (username, encrypted password)
- Your subscription status and plan type
- Payment transaction records (through Stripe, not including full payment details)
- General usage analytics (not tied to personal employee data)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Process your subscription and payments
- Authenticate your account access
- Improve the Service and user experience
- Send important service-related communications
- Ensure security and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
We do NOT use your employee data for any purpose because we do not store it.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Payment Processing: Payment information is processed through Stripe, which has its own privacy policy. We do not store full payment card details.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation.
- Service Providers: We may use third-party services (hosting, analytics) that process limited technical data, but not your employee information.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, account information may be transferred, but not employee data (which we don't store).
IMPORTANT: We do not share, sell, or disclose your employee data because we do not store it. Your employee information remains private and under your control.
5. Data Security
We implement security measures to protect your account information:
- Encrypted password storage (hashing with salt)
- Secure HTTPS connections for all data transmission
- Secure payment processing through Stripe
- Regular security updates and monitoring
- Immediate deletion of uploaded files after processing
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request information about what account data we have about you
- Correction: Update or correct your account information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt-out: Unsubscribe from non-essential communications

Note: Since we don't store your employee data, there's no employee data to access, correct, or delete from our systems. Your employee data remains on your computer under your control.

Key Point: We do not retain employee data because we do not store it. Once calculations are complete, uploaded files are immediately deleted from our servers.
